Login and password

A: A valid username and password are needed to log in Mobi-Hub. Your login credentials will be sent to the email supplied during sign up. To login go to login page or download the app from the app or play store.
A: If you are unable to login after you have signed up this may mean your account has not yet been activated by the Mobi-Hub team. Once all your details are processed and verified your account will be activated and you will be notified via the email provided during sign up. You may then use your login credentials to log in. If you are still unable to login please contact the Mobi-Hub team.
A: If you are unable to login select "Forgot password?". You will be asked to supply the email used during sign up for the account. You will receive an email from Mobi-Hub with instructions on how to reset your password.

Sign Up Problems

A: The signup page will require some information, such as: Your name, mobile number, email, username, password, country, account, and city. Sign up or download the app from the app or play store.

Verified and Premium membership

A: After you have successfully signed up or requested an upgrade our team will contact you via email with further instructions. To speed up the process please fill out the verification form.

We provide your company with a list of 500 clientele/vendors within our industry. 

It will be a detailed list which includes the company's main product description and company details such as: company name, contact person, their position, active mobile phone number/WhatsApp number, active email and much more. 

You will receive 40 contacts a month in 12-month period by email. Any more contacts needed please let our team know and we can fulfill.
 

— Stand out with a Verified Badge

Becoming Verified will give other members the confidence to purchase / sell to your company as they will see that your Verified by us. Other than that being verified will also give you a Verified Status on your profile on Mobi-Hub which makes you stand out amongst the 1000s of Public Members we have.


We get daily more than 100s of questions about Companies in our Marketplace and outside and we mostly recommend them to work with verified companies as we have done all our security checks and are confident in recommending them to others. 

— Connecting Clients

Besides sharing the information about the companies within our industry, we will connect you directly with selected suppliers and buyers. We know that each company demands a unique way of approach and we connect you with only relevant suppliers/clients to your business. Mailing, WhatsApp groups, Conference Calls, Event Meeting we will find the best possible way that will work.

We recommend your company on the basis of the trade references received during the verification process. You can also send and receive feedback to/from other companies on their wall. We can also give you information about companies on Mobi-Hub and even some that are not on Mobi-Hub we surely have information about them. From our many years of experience we can always recommend you the right company for your needs.

— Warnings and Alerts

You will get access to up-to-date warnings and requests about any incidents or fraud that occurs in our industry through our media channels, our personal news feed and to your email directly.

— Promotional Newsletter 

Once your company has become verified, we personally welcome you through our Promotional Newsletter and other marketing channels.


We announce the great news out to 50k+ Companies through our Social Media & Email Marketing Campaign. Email includes your company name, logo, location, your product and any other information you want to share. We broadcast the email to our public and verified members & all our CRM with 50k+ companies, to our LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other media resources. 

— Personalized Design

You will receive a personalized design of your company logo with a verified badge that your company is verified, so you can display this on your WhatsApp, Social Media, Email or put it in your broadcast lists and at your website etc.

— Marketing broadcasts

Marketing broadcasts includes mailing your stock with company name, logo and your contact details to all our public and verified members & our CRM with 50k+ companies included once a month during the 3-month period. Available only for next 50 companies that will join Mobi-Hub.

Posts

A: If you are trying to delete any post from your account select the icon on right side of the post and select "Delete". The post will no longer show on your account. However, if you wish to delete your post after 5 minutes of it going live you will need to contact us in order to delete the post.
A: A video can be viewed ‘here’ if you are still struggling with uploading your post then please contact your account manager who will advise and assist you on this matter.
A: No, sorry but that is our company's policy.
A: By interacting with other users and posting regularly you will be able to ensure you can use all the features in Mobi-hub. If you feel you need more advice on this then contact your account manager who will be able to guide you.

Adding content to your Post

A: If you would like to post products on Mobi-Hub select the icon on the top right-hand corner in the main feed page. Fill in all the required details and select post, this will now be live on Mobi-Hub.
A: If you wish to edit your post once it has gone live then click the top right-hand side of the post and select edit. Please note that you will only have 5 minutes to edit your post after they have gone live. If you wish to edit a post after this time then please contact the Mobi-Hub team.
A: If you have sold some of the quantity available in a post, you can contact your account manager to make the necessary changes or you can delete the post and create a new one with the updated information.

Messaging (Public/Chats)

A: If you would like to chat with any user, click on his/her profile then select the message icon.

Search

A: If you are trying to search for any user/post using the advanced filter options select the icon in the top left-hand corner of the main feed page. Select the relevant category then fill the required information in the search box and press enter.

Notifications

A: You must enable this within your phone settings.

Following and Unfollowing

A: If you do not want to follow a particular user then select the following button. Their followers only posts will no longer display on your feed and you will not be able to view them.

Abuse

A: You must contact your account manager who will try to resolve it at the first point of contact, in case he/she is unable to do so a full investigation will be conducted. All parties involved will be contacted accordingly.
A: If you find a user is being abusive please report the user using the contact us feature on the app.

Unsuitable content

A: If you find a post is unsuitable you can report the post, simply press the top right of the post and you will be guided on what action you wish to take.

Reports

A: In such instances, the issue will be brought to the manager's attention who will look into the matter further.

Deactivate and reactivate accounts

A: You must contact Mobi-Hub who will be able to delete your account for you.

Getting Started With Mobi-hub

A: If you would like to post products on Mobi-Hub select the icon on the top right-hand corner in the main feed page. Fill in all the required details and select post, this will now be live on Mobi-Hub.
